MO/MT Service

This is a two-way communication model between customers and businesses through SMS messaging. When a customer sends a request message (known as MO – Mobile Originated) to a short code, one or multiple response messages (known as MT – Mobile Terminated) will be delivered back to the customer based on the business-defined messaging flow. The system that processes MO-MT messages is also known as an SMS Gateway.
